Went from 73 kg in Feb to 63 kg to date

Went from 73 kg in Feb 2012 to 63 kg to date unintended.
Abdominal pain (lower left side) thought gynae related, not, since Sept 2011. Missed miscarriage (and D&C) in Feb at 11 weeks (baby stopped growing at 8 weeks). Check-up after, put on Trigestrel Pill.
Bloodied Bowel Movement 2 x in July
Regular movements every 2 / 3 days but last 3 months I need lemon juice to force a movement after about 5 / 6 days of nothing.
Test requested for Thyroid (over active), Cholesterol and Leukemia checks.

The reports described by you indicate Thyroid hormone derangement which could be a major cause of the symptoms explained by you as irregular bowel movement,abdominal pain and constipation. You might require medications for that itself. Along with that constipation is to be avoided by diet and lifestyle modification. Some suggestions for you:
)Change and develop good dietary habits including, eating several small meals daily.

2)Diet should include fresh fruits, fiber rich foods.It is very important to take fibre rich diet as cereals,bran,beans,dal,oats,whole grains as it helps in softening stool.

3)Avoid too much of coffee, tea, alcohol, colas, and smoking.

4)Drink 5 to 6 litres of water.

5)Do some form of exercise even a daily walk is fine.

6)Adopt proper posture and if you have long sitting hours work take small breaks and stretch the body.

7)Avoid taking medications frequently for passing stools instead you can take natural fibre supplements when required before going to bed.

Kindly visit a Physician so that appropriate treatment can be started soon.
