So for the past month or so ive been having these weird sensations in my temples. Its not pain like a headache its more of a numbness, like a dizzy feeling in my temples but not really being dizzy. And its always in both temples. Its hard to explain. 90% of the time it happens when im laying down at night. So im not sure if its related to my neck or what. Anybody else had this temple sensation before?

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i understand your concern. This tingling sensation in your temple only at night could be a Headache it could be anxiety or it could be some neuropathy.I would suggest to try home remedies and see if it helps .Take some pracetamol and some anxiolytic if you have any . If the issue persists or the sensation persists consult your local physician ,it could also be dizziness and you can try some dizziness medications like antivert .Let your doctor decide what is best for you .

Take care
