Weird red flesh covered in blood came out on my period?!

Hi, I'm on my 3rd day of period and it's quite heavy and today it felt like something popped out, I though it was a big blood clot but it wasn't. This red thing around 4cm by 1cm wide covered in blood came out, it was squishy and I'm scared if I've got something wrong with me. And I'm definitely not pregnant.

Active User, very eHealthy
Is it in the shape of your uterus? If so, it is probably a uterine (decidual) cast. This happens to some women/girls and is not concerning.
