Weight lost, I see myself fatter then i am

I see myself fatter then i am

Im 1.90m 68kg 14 years but i keep seeing myself fat en i have a little bit belly fat or it is my skins thats flexible because i lost 20kg

and i had less fat but, last week i ate more and now im feeling more fat om my belly (i think)

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Your BMI is less than the reference range for your age. Consult psychiatrist to evaluate you for anorexia nervosa.
