Eating breakfast can be good for your diet. But the morning meal doesn't cause weight loss. So for some people, skipping breakfast works better. Some weight loss experts used to say that skipping breakfast can cause your metabolism to slow down(indainworkouts)

Yes, somewhere it helps but if you are having carb-less breakfast then it going to help you for weight loss. Drink warm water of 1 litre per day and you will find greater results.

Skipping any meal is not a good idea at all, whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our body needs a proper amount of food for energy. you can have fat-free and carb-less breakfast instead of skipping breakfast.
