I want to lose 10 pounds without having a specified diet, but with regular workouts daily. Any suggestions on how long as well as what types of exercises I should do?

You want to lose 10 pounds? right, it's not a big deal.

When talking in weight loss, i suggest you to search around for weight loss reviews, my personal favorite website reviews some of the finest weight loss products. My personal favorite is 7 day daily blast program because it just takes a week to start showing it's result
