i had a Primary complex problem. but now cured.my weight is too low that is 45kg my height is 170cm and my age is 24. any one help me??

Hi, I am also slightly underweight, so I know how hard it can be to gain.

In general: Eat lots of protein (meat, (Tuna, salmon. Nuts, beans, lenses), good carbohydrates (vegetables, fruit, whole grain, potatoes) and healthy fat ("fat" fish) . Eat regularly and often (rather many small meals than two large).

If you can't gain enough on your own, talk to your doctor so he can help you set up a diet, probably with the help of a nutritionist.
