3 weeks straight and the flow has gotten heavier

I have been my period for 3 weeks straight and the flow has gotten heavier my bottom of my stomach hurts have a really bad head ache I'm getting scared can someone please help me out

That heavy and prolonged periods is menorrhagia and it needs to be evaluated by aa gynecological exam. I bet it is some anatomical issue like uterine fibroid and it is advised to go for the assessment and complete gynecological correlaion.
