Welcome to ehealthforum,
Avoid all activities that can increase abdominal cavity pressure. Avoid bending or any sudden movements. You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for thorough evaluation. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Avoid any heavy work. Avoid lifting heavy objects and climbing stairs or standing for long periods of time. Look out for early signs like bleeding/spotting, increased abdominal cramps and back pain etc. Report any unusual symptoms immediately to your treating doctor/gynecologist. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist.
Take care.
