4-5 weeks pregnant lower abdomen pain

i am 4-5 weeks pregnant and my lower abdomin feels very sensitive and poky. i do get a lil crampy. but is my lower abdomen suppose to have such a feeling?? its like a pain but it barely hurts. i don't have bleeding or spotting of any kind. does this sound like it could be an ectopic pregnancy?? i can't go to the doctor just yet cuz were only figuring out our health insurance.

Thanks in advance!

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i understand your concern.Cramping during pregnancy is due to stretch of the round ligament which support the uterus or the stretch on womb as it increases in size. Mild Exercise could help.

Take care
