Welcome to ehealthforum.
The headache that you are having could be due to increase in progesterone levels during the pregnancy. You can consult your gynecologist for the headaches and see if it is due to hormones. Do not self medicate yourself for the headaches (few medications can cause problems for the baby), get prescription for safe medications to be used from your doctor since you are pregnant.
The puffiness of the eyelid should be examined by your doctor to make sure there is nothing serious.
Take care.
