Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The abdominal cramps could be due to your UTI or even over activity of the uterus. It is difficult to comment on the exact cause without examining you. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for examination and further evaluation. If uterine activity is detected, uterine relaxants would be started to help you carry on pregnancy smoothly. Continue to take medications as prescribed. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/dermatologist and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
