36 weeks pregnant expwrenching pain in lower back

I am 36 weeks pregnant with my first baby and expwrenching pain in lower back and hips and stomach isnt painful but is uncomfortable feels like very light period pains is this anything too worry about

Hello,
You have to understand whether this is a labor pain or not.Is it rhythmic, gradually increasing in intensity or associated with some discharge per vagina? Then, rush to the ER.If it is mild enoough, just relax.it can be a stretching pain and usually resolves by itself.
