i don't know if i would consider myself depressed im just stressed out all the time and frustrated with everyone. i get irritated so quickly especially in the heat. i have no desire to do anything. i work five days a week three days 2nd shift and two days 3rd shift. i don't sleep before work cuz of my 10 month old baby boy at home. my doctor wants me to start meds at this time for depression. i really feel like a failure for feeling this way and flipping out on everyone. but to me i feel like i have been pregnant for two years!! and noone seems to care but me i just need to have this baby and get back to my old self.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms that you describe could be attributed to hormonal changes during late pregnancy, pregnancy induced depression, lack of adequate rest and relaxation, etc. Consider reporting your symptoms to your treating doctor/gynecologist. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you control the symptoms and proceed with pregnancy smoothly. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
