Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Fetal movements are felt late during the first pregnancy. You should be able to feel them when you are at rest (usually after having meals) by the 23-24 weeks of gestation. You can also consider going ahead with getting an anomaly scan (usually done after 20 weeks of gestation) to rule out any birth defects or anomalies in the baby. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
