Welcome to e health forum.

Post coital vaginal bleeding is more common, when the vaginal hymen is intact, very rigid and when the vaginal lubrication is very less. Much severe bleeding is due to vaginal mucosal tears which occurred during Rough sex. In most cases the bleeding would stop within a few days as the mucosal tears heal completely. In future, take precautions and use water based lubricants, which may prevent such recurrences.

If you have missed your regular periods and have been having unprotected sexual intercourse, then chances of pregnancy would be there. Hence you may take a urine pregnancy test and clear your doubts.

I hope this helps.
