Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out. It is normal to notice in pregnancy especially in the third trimester you're leaking colostrum, or early milk. after a baby is born, suckling at your breast signals your body to start producing nutrient-rich milk.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
