Welcome to ehealthforum.
If the heart beat was heard and the baby was moving well, it means that the baby is viable. The cause for your bleeding should be established and treatment started to stop the bleeding.
The causes for bleeding could be a low lying placenta or a retro placental bleed causing separation of placenta and the bleeding. It could also be related to low progesterone levels.
Meet your gynecologist or a perinatologist and get the further tests done to get to the cause behind the bleeding. Early treatment will help to prevent complications especially a miscarriage.
Take care.
