Welcome to ehealthforum,
Unless pre-cum or semen comes in direct contact with vagina, (during your fertile days), pregnancy cannot result. Sperms are known to be alive for hours in wet and warm environment. If the hands were dry or if he had washed his hands in between with soap and water, chances of pregnancy resulting are less. If pre-cum or semen has come in contact with vagina, or if you are worried about pregnancy (or if you are not sure), you can consider taking emergency contraception within 24-48 hours of the sexual contact to prevent pregnancy. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. Wait and watch for your next periods.
Take care.
