I did home pregnancy test and it showed a faint line so i went for qualitative serum betaHCG but it turned out to be weak positive. What does it means, am i pregnant?

The test is weak positive and it could possibly be due to it being done too early during the pregnancy and thus the levels of HCG may be low resulting in a weak positive result.

The other possibility is an ectopic pregnancy and thus needs to be ruled out by doing an ultrasound.

You can also repeat the test by doing a more sensitive AIMstrip urine test which can detect as little as 20 mIU of HCG.
