We had unprotected sex too. But I know I'm a virgin

User Profile
Hi I'm 16 and I got my first boyfriend. We had unprotected sex too. But I know I'm a virgin. When we had one, I didn't bleed. But I think he never put his penis inside me. I'm afraid I'm pregnant because I think I missed my period. My last period was aug. 1. PLS HELP.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If there was semen or pre-cum that came in contact with vagina, then chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out completely. Sometimes periods can also be delayed due to stress, changes in lifestyle, hormonal changes, changes in exercise levels, etc for 5-10 days which is considered to be normal variation in your menstrual cycle length. Look out for development of any other new symptoms. Wait and watch for your next periods. If you do not get your periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you develop symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, you should consider visiting your gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
