Welcome to ehealthforum.
It is not impossible to get pregnant with implant in place. Consider getting yourself evaluated by a gynecologist (not your regular doctor) to see if you are indeed pregnant. Your symptoms are suggestive of pregnancy. You will need a blood beta HCG test along with ultrasound scan for confirming pregnancy and look for the site of pregnancy.
Take care.
