Was my last "period" decidual bleeding? Signs of preg?

I ended my period on 5/4 (regular period length and flow) and immediately after my breasts got extremely swollen and sore and still are. Then right after my period I started craving salt really badly and ate a whole bag of salt and vinegar chips in a day and a half. Then on about 5/18 to 5/21 my belly was super bloated to the point it was sticking out of my shirt... Now my belly has went back to normal but am still craving salt now and then. Then two nights ago I started getting nasal congestion and a very slight sore throat which has lasted to today... and then last night I experienced some twinges in my left pelvic area below my hip bone...
I did do a test a few days ago and it was negative. I was thinking maybe my "period" was decidual or implantation bleeding.. or I conceived immediately after my period. I have a doctor appt Friday but was just wondering what any of you think.. Thanks

Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you are pregnant, the last period that you describe could have been decidual bleeding (it usually resembles your usual period). The symptoms that you describe are suggestive of pregnancy. Wait and watch for your periods/withdrawal bleeding. Look out for development of any other new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. If periods do not start within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Ultrasound scan and HCG level estimation done will help to look for your probable conception date and confirm gestational age. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
