Fleshy clot passed during period Period is supposed to be over but isn't. I still have cramps. And I have watery diarrhea

If you got pregnant this cycle, there is nothing large enough to be a clot. A miscarriage at this stage of a pregnancy will normally mean lighter than usual bleeding a few days late.

It is likely just a piece of your uterus lining. This happens to most women some times, and it can be acompanied by bad cramping as your uterus walls contract to try to break it up.

I went through your query and i understand your concern.It's perfectly normal to notice some clumps from time to timeduringyourperiod. These are bloodclotsthat may contain tissue. As the uterus sheds its lining, this tissue leaves the body as a natural part of the menstrual cycle. Soclotsof tissue are usually nothing to be concerned about.
