Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you. It is practically not possible to remove the gall bladder from the same skin incision through which the uterus has been removed.

The gall bladder and uterus are present at a considerable distance and both of them cannot be removed with the same incision. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
