Vitamin E oil /soy free, 100% natural) suggestions?

I am looking for a soy free (=estrogen free) vitamin E oil to ingest and to use on my face at night as moisturizer.
I would like to to be 100% natural.
I understand that tocopheryl (ending in YL) usually correlates to estrogenic compounds, while when ending in OL, is not. Not sure if this is true though.

Thanks
