The Vitamin D will start to have a noticeable effect about 3 to 4 weeks after you start taking it.

Increasing your Vitamin D levels will be a major benefit in so many different ways for you as it is important for so many different body functions, from bone development, to elevating your moods, preventing high blood pressure, helping keep a healthy body weight. It really is so important and so many ways.
