Vitamin A side effects ?

can you take vitamin "A" 10 000ui at night time or close to night time?
also, would there be any sided effects from taking it at all?

Vitamins Answer A9383
Side effects depend on what kind of Vitamin A you are using (beta-carotene vs. palmitate). Side effects have been noted for large doses of palmitate, especially during pregnancy. You should be able to supplement with Vit. A at night.
