I am a teenage guy. When I sit or lay down, I get a pulsating feeling below and to the left of my navel. I can visually see that area of my skin move up and down with the pulse. It feels like a heartbeat, but can be somewhat erratic.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Even normal arterial pulsation can be appreciated in thin lean people. But still for peace of mind , get evaluated for these pulsation and let them rule out possible cause for it.
