Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out.

Pain in breasts is called mastodynia or mastalgia.
There are many causes of soreness of breasts, premenstrual syndrome and pregnancy being one of them.Other important causes are fibrocystic breast disease, ductal ectasia, mastitis(inflammation of breasts),galactoceles, benign and malignant pathologies of breasts, costochondritis and intercostal myalgia.

Since you had partial hysterectomy, hence pregnancy (ectopic if ovaries are left behind) and hormonal changes (considering your age) are important causes to be evaluated.

I would suggest you to talk to your GP regarding your concerns and get a serum HCG test done to confirm the status of pregnancy.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
