Hello! I want to try to become a vegetarian, so I appeal to you for advice. Is it necessary in any way to prepare the body for a transition to a different style of food? How does vegetarianism affect the body? Anyone who has ever tried, share, please!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Its your personal choice but please make sure you dont get deficient in vitamin B 12 specifically.

Make sure to test for vitamin D as well. If you don't get enough sun exposure, you may be deficient because our skin converts vitamin D from the sun.
