vasectomy two yrs ago, thinking it may be scar

HI...I feel a dull lump...no pain no anything...I had a vasectomy (two years ago) so I am thinking it may be scar tissue. The lump on my upper scrotum...Like I said I have zero pain anywhere and nothing is swollen. Additionally I am 36 years old and in great physical condition.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern.
It can be the delayed complication of vasectomy
Like formation of spermatocele.
As testicular cancer is common between 20-40 years of age,I would recommend you to have an ultrasound examination of your testis.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
