Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Vasectomy reversal rate depends on many factors and with longer gap between the surgery and time passed the reversal may be a failure. But by self it is very rare to reverse it as the other factors like age of the patient, sperm count/flow,anti sperm antibodies effect it.

Hope it helps,

Take Care!
