Welcome to ehealthforum,
The sensation you describe in vagina could be suggestive of possibility of engagement of fetal presenting part into pelvis causing pressure. It is difficult to comment on the exact cause without examining you. Do not ignore your symptoms, consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician at the earliest for examination and tests (if indicated) to identify the underlying cause. Get started on treatment as indicated by evaluation results. Be in regular follow-up with your treating gynecologist/obstetrician. Report any new or abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Avoid any heavy work. Take adequate rest. Maintain good diet.
Take care.
