Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms could be suggestive of infection, impending cervical incompetence, uterine action, pelvic floor laxity, etc. It is difficult to comment on the exact cause without examining you. Do not delay in visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for further examination and evaluation to look for the underlying cause. Get started on appropriate measures as indicated. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Be in regular follow-up with your treating gynecologist/obstetrician. Report any abnormal symptoms immediately. You might need to go ahead with ultrasound scan to look for fetal well being.
Take care.
