Welcome to ehealthforum.
The inability to get pregnant can be related to your low hemoglobin levels as well as changes in hormonal pattern due to climate changes. Visit a gynecologist for a detailed evaluation along with hormonal level estimation to see if there are any underlying abnormalities which might affect ovulation (egg release from ovaries).
You might need to be put on treatment depending on the investigation results to help you get pregnant. Continue to have the medications as prescribed. Maintain a well balanced diet.
Take care.
