My vagina is extremely itchy on the outer labia area but only at night. I am treating it for a yeast infection (7 day monistat) but for the past two nights I've been up all night. I got treated for pinworms a month ago, could it be related? There is no discharge, redness, bumps, swelling. It goes away when I take a bath around 4 a.m. It feels like tingly itchy but unbearable... What should I do?

Hi there, thank you for posting your question. My area of expertise is in human sexual dysfunction. I hope I can be of some small help to you.

Take an antihistamine for the itch. Change your anti-fungal; this has to be candida. Make sure he is also treated.
