If she didn't vacuum up the mercury she's probably ok. Wiping it up is the right thing to do. If she isn't mercury toxic, she's probably ok. Did you get the fillings out? Mercury is also in some bleach, so if the stores are cleaning the floors with a bleach product it could be affecting you. The mercury in the bulbs is probably contained, but those fluorescents pulse light to save on electric.
