i've been pissing thru my vagina since i'd lost my virginity. it's been 6 years now. and now i can't feel a signal when i need to urinate, and i think because of this that my back on the left side aches. could have a kidney disease because of this? could my urethral vaginal fistula be cause of kidney infection?? please send replies, i need help. thank you.

Yes, if you have a urethro-vaginal fistula, then the risk of possible recurrent infections of the urinary tract would be very high.

You need to consult with a urologist at the earliest to prevent further complications.
