Unusual lower abdominal cramping?

User Profile
I had spotted the beginning of January for about a day, now it is January 25, and im starting to spot again, very light red: like a redish pink color. i havent had any intercourse since november well the beginning of november, and however i didnt get my period till late december however my period was a little shorter then normal it was too light but it wasnt heavy also it wasnt normale (if that makes sense), which i start between the end and beginning of every month. i havent been fatique, i have been craving foods, but not eating the foods i crave. my lower abdominal its like light cramping for the past few weeks almost a month now, but its a unusual cramping, its like my lower abdominal is sore but cramping at the same time with some light heat. im not sure what that is either. im very confused and need some possibilities of what these might mean. i very much appreciate it. thank you
