My aunt is certainly behaving very strangely. Also it feels like she doesn't know it. She takes human excreta and applies it on neighbours doors when no one's awake, when we caught her on CCTV she acts as if it's not her. She was never like this. No one who knows her is able to believe that she can do this things. Sometimes she gets very casual, sometimes very angry, unable to understand what she would be upto next. I feel it could be a mental disorder which has cropped up. I am unable to believe this is happening to her. Is there a medication for this kind of behaviour? If yes, if you can help me with it.

Hi, and thanks for your query on eHealth forum!

Since your aunt is behaving quite unlike her, it is very important to get a complete psychological/psychiatric evaluation done. This is very difficult to diagnose on net because symptoms of many psychiatric illness overlap. Without a confirmed diagnosis, no medication can be prescribed as it will have unwanted side effects. It is very important to get a complete evaluation to reach a diagnosis. Early intervention may help take care of the symptoms effectively.
