unsure of conception date how could i be 7 weeks pregnant

my dr. says i am 7 weeks pregnant that means that i concieved on april 17th. I had sex wit a friend the 2nd or 3rd week of march and had sex with my ex april 21st so how cud i b 7 weeks pregnant wen the first day of my last period was on april 9th?...im confused!!

if you are infact due october 11. you would have conceived January 15 to January 23, 2012
