is it possible to get pregnant if: have unprotected sex after period but he did not ejaculate. day later having cramps, nausea and headache. please advise

Depending on how long your cycles are and how long your menstruation lasts it is possible, but not very likely.

You will not get any pregnancy signs that soon afer sex. So whatever caused your headache, nausea and cramps was not pregnancy from sex the previous day.

Please protect yourself from STDs, infections and pregnancy if you do not want to become pregnant!
