unprotected oral sex in a pink salon in Japan

User Profile
Dear Doc ,

I had unprotected oral sex with a girl in Japan . The duration is not more than 2-3 minutes and in my knowledge i did not come in contact with her vaginal secretions . She did oral sex on my penis and i did not notice any active pores .
She works in a pink salon in Japan where they perform only oral sex - more like a strip club .This is the only exposure in my whole life.

The day before that, i took had sea-food (some raw fish paste mixed with rice ) . My family is allergic to sea-fish and sea-food which i came to know afterward .
After the unprotected oral exposure - the next day i had difficulty in swallowing , had burning sensation in some parts of my body (but not lips or in the penis) . And my mouth is completely dry . I am not able to sweat as well .
After 2 weeks the burning sensation went off but the feeling of something inside my throat persisted for almost 5 weeks now .
It was more like "heat coming out - sensation" rather than a burning sensation. Herpes?

Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the exact cause for the symptoms that you describe without examining you and going ahead with further evaluation (especially serological tests to rule out chances of STD). If the symptoms have remained persistent, you should consider reporting your doctor/healthcare provider and go ahead with thorough evaluation to look for the underlying cause. You may also consider taking ENT opinion for your throat symptoms, or take second opinion from an Infectious disease specialist. Get started on further treatment measurements (based on examination findings and evaluation results). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/healthcare provider and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
