unknown knot getting bigger

I have a knot under the skin on my forearm near my elbow. its a 1/2 an inch high and hard and tender. slightly pink with no puncture sight

hi mandasass! be sire to look in the Skin Health Center for information. If the knot get redder you may be getting an infection...
