Unidentified Growth on right testicle

User Profile
I got an ultrasound done on my testicles due to a small lump that was felt. I couldn't help but look at the pictures prior to my doctors visit. I noticed a white lump in the middle of my right testicle, about .5 cm long. Chances are this could be a tumor correct? Not a cyst? On the partly colored image where it shows blood flow, it looks like theres blood flow to the right, mid, and left part of the testi (marked by blue and/or red).

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern.
White lump on the testicle is usually benign.
Causes are sebaceous cysts and genital wart.Sebaceous cysts are formed due to blocked sebaceous glands' duct, swollen hair follicle and excessive testosterone production. While genital warts are caused by HPV virus.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
