good day sir... i have a question my teacher said that if you can full the 1 teaspoon by your sperm your sperm is healthy what if i can't full 1 teaspoon..? means i'm infertile or sterile..??? by the way... every 2 days i masturbate... any foods that can make my sperm more...?? help doc.

Normal volume of ejaculate can vary from 1 ml to 6.5ml. If there is no color change, no foul smell in the ejaculate, no itching or discomfort associated, then it suggests that the ejaculate is healthy. Avoid over masturbation, as it can lead to problems later with erection and premature ejaculation. Follow healthy and hygienic habits.
Take a good and balanced diet with adequate proteins. Foods containing zinc (sea food, beans, cheese, salads) are known to help with healthy sperms production.
