Understanding mri of right knee

help understanding my mri of right knee. This is what it reads: There is a benign cartilage rest in the distal femur immediately underlying the intercondylar nodule notch. Moderate chondromalacia patellae with evidence for chondral flap formation along the medial facet of the patella. Focal cartilaginous thinning along the central weight bearing aspect of the lateral femoral condyle and complex tear invloving the body and posterior horn of the lateral meniscus, also small undersurface flap tear involving the body and posterior horn of the medial meniscus. tendons and ligaments all normal and intact. There is physiologic amount of joint fluid but no bakers cyst. Can anyone put this is dummy terms for me?
