Welcome to ehealthforum.
If your ultrasound scan has shown two gestational sacs, it could suggest possibility of twin pregnancy. Follow up with repeat scan after 2-4 weeks to confirm the findings and to look for fetal viability and wellbeing. Serial HCG tests done showing elevated levels could also confirm the twin pregnancy. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
