So i think i have this, Am going to see a doctor soon. Soon at the moment i have been keeping my elbow straight and doing no activity with that arm. I am also icing it but when i ice my arm feels like my nerve is on fire. Is icing the way to go?

Icing can help decrease swelling. If there is no swelling, ice will not likely help in cubital tunnel syndrome. Elbow rest, avoiding bending the elbow at night and avoiding leaning to the elbow can help.
